After a divorce
Apart from the aftercare that ESH offers after a divorce, things can happen as a result of which the agreements made during the divorce are no longer in line with reality. It is possible that the parenting plan that has been drawn up no longer fits the situation, for example because the income has changed or because the children simply got older. It is therefore certainly advisable to periodically evaluate and adjust the parenting plan together. It is also possible that the amount of child support or spousal support no longer matches the new situation, a recalculation of this is one of the options. A recalculation is often also desirable when there is a new partner or in the case of blended families. contact us for more information about this topic.
